In response to repeated concerns about alleged breaches of operating conditions, excessive noise and anti-social behaviour, Oxford City Council's Licencing Authority reviewed this Licence. FOIV and many Iffley and Donnington residents contributed written comments and/or spoke at the Public Hearing at Oxford Town Hall in October 2019.
